Responsibility

• Manage and lead a team of QA testers, ensuring they are organized, motivated, and working efficiently
• Develop test strategies and plans for various stages of game development, including alpha, beta, and final release
• Coordinate and oversee the testing activities, ensuring that all aspects of the game are thoroughly tested
• Implement and maintain bug tracking systems to log, prioritize, and monitor issues throughout development
• Create detailed test cases, test reports, and documentation for the QA process
• Work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues
• Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices within the QA team
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness

Requirement

• Significant experience in QA/testing roles, preferably in the gaming industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate a team of testers
• Solid understanding of game development processes, platforms, and technologies
• Keen eye for detail to identify and report even the smallest issues or bugs
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and report findings effectively
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and find innovative solutions
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
