IT Manager

Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management to ensure seamless IT operations, security, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multi-location teams, implementing IT policies, and supporting game development environments.

Responsibility

• Oversee IT infrastructure across offices, ensuring optimal performance, security, and uptime.
• Implement and maintain high-level security practices to safeguard company data and gaming assets.
• Optimize hardware, software, and network resources for development, testing, and live operations.
• Lead and manage IT teams across locations, ensuring collaboration and efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Marketing) to support ongoing projects.
• Plan, implement, and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and tool deployments.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines while ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Provide hands-on IT support to minimize downtime for game development and operations.
• Oversee IT system deployments, cloud solutions, and project management tools.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective IT solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international data privacy regulations.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in gaming IT infrastructure.
• Recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency, security, and performance.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Certifications like ITIL, PMP preferred).
• 8+ years of IT management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and network management.
• Proven experience managing multi-location IT teams, ideally with international exposure.
• Experience in the gaming industry or entertainment sector is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
