Job description
We are a fast-growing startup seeking a Product Analyst with expertise in SQL and BigQuery to analyze game data, track key performance metrics, and uncover insights that drive engagement, retention, and monetization. The ideal candidate will also have strong proficiency in Looker, Google Analytics, and Excel. While a gaming background is preferred, it is not mandatory
Responsibility
- Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets using SQL and BigQuery to derive actionable insights
- Monitor and track user behavior, retention trends, and monetization performance through data analysis
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards in Looker for real-time performance monitoring
- Utilize Google Analytics for tracking player engagement and feature performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize game features and enhance the player experience
- Identify opportunities for A/B testing and drive data-driven decision-making to improve product performance
Requirement
- 2-4 years of experience in product or data analytics (gaming industry experience is a plus)
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and BigQuery (must-have)
- Strong experience with Looker, Google Analytics, and Excel
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
