Responsibility

• Develop and maintain comprehensive GDDs, ensuring clear and structured documentation of game mechanics, features, and flows
• Ensure accurate execution of game design through thorough documentation and collaboration
• Work closely with developers, artists, and product teams to translate concepts into engaging gameplay experiences
• Optimize game balance, engagement, and retention by analyzing player behavior and refining mechanics
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to improve game quality and player experience

Requirement

• 3-5 years of experience in mobile game design
• Exceptional documentation skills—ability to create well-structured, detailed GDDs
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and highly efficient, capable of working independently while maintaining accountability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with game mechanics, monetization strategies, and player engagement techniques
