Responsibility

• Working with the Level Design and Art teams to understand the game's objectives and ensure effective communication through the game mechanics and systems
• Leading a team of game designers to create high-quality and engaging game mechanics, systems, and features
• Create and maintain design documentation, including game design documents, feature lists, and implementation plans
• Work closely with the art team to ensure that the game's visual style is effectively integrated into the game's mechanics and systems
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality game experience
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, systems, and features design best practices
• Proficiency in game engines and related game design software, including Unreal Engine

Requirement

• 7 years of professional experience as a game designe
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, systems, and features design
• Proficiency in game engines and related game design software, including Unreal Engine
• Excellent leadership skills
• Experience leading a team of game designers to create high-quality game mechanics, systems, and features
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
