You will take charge of designing high-quality game mechanics, systems, and feature design to improve user experiences.

Responsibility

• Creating Game concepts and pitching them to the development and publishing team
• Creating Prototype specs / GDDs for approved games and getting it ready for development or production
• Maintain Asset lists and communicate the requirements to the team
• Work with and guide the artists and programmers to complete their tasks at a high leve
• Be responsible for hitting milestones and the delivery of the project on time
• Stay abreast of current trends in the genre and try to match the best in class games in terms of quality and concepts

Requirement

• 3-5 years of professional game design experience
• Published mobile games where you have been responsible from concept to end product
• Working knowledge of Unity with the ability to build levels and handle some of your tasks within the engine
• Basic Project management skills
• Working knowledge of Video editing softwares to create Ad material for the games in development (not necessary, but would be a plus point)
• Good team management and communication skills with working proficiency in English
• Self-motivated disposition and take ownership over the quality of their work
