Responsibility

• Collaborate with the Level Design and Art teams to understand the game's objectives and ensure they are effectively communicated through the game mechanics and systems
• Lead and mentor a team of game designers to create high-quality and engaging game mechanics, systems, and features
• Design and implement game mechanics, systems, and features using industry-standard game engines and software, including Unreal Engine
• Create and maintain design documentation, including game design documents, feature lists, and implementation plan
• Work closely with the art team to ensure that the game's visual style is effectively integrated into the game's mechanics and systems
• Playtest and iterate on game mechanics, systems, and features to ensure that they are fun, challenging, and meet the game's objectives
• Collaborate with other departments, including audio, programming, and QA, to ensure a cohesive and high-quality game experience

Requirement

• 5+ years of professional experience as a game designer
• A deep understanding of economy balancing
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, systems, and features design best practices
• Proficiency in game engines and related game design software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience leading a team of game designers to create high-quality game mechanics, systems, and features
• Strong portfolio showcasing your game design
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Casual Mobile Games is highly preferred
• Previous experience in implementation of the economy design, such as item balancing and pricing, in-game shop, and currency development, and other micro-transactions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game economy design
